With its specific blend of aggregates and crushed stone, Type 1 provides excellent load-bearing capabilities and stability, making it suitable for applications such as road construction, driveways, and base layers for buildings and structures.
Type 1 is meticulously produced to meet stringent quality standards, ensuring consistent performance and reliable results. It consists of a well-graded mixture of crushed stone and fine particles, carefully selected for their strength and interlocking properties. This composition enhances the material's ability to withstand heavy loads and distribute weight evenly, minimizing the risk of settlement or subsidence.
Whether you're constructing a sturdy driveway or a solid base for a building, Type 1 acts as a robust foundation. Its compacted structure provides excellent stability and prevents the shifting and settling of the surface above. Additionally, Type 1 is designed to facilitate proper drainage, allowing water to flow efficiently and reducing the risk of water-related damage to the project.
The versatility of Type 1 extends beyond traditional construction applications. It can also be used as a sub-base for patios, walkways, and other outdoor surfaces, ensuring a stable and long-lasting foundation. Its durability and reliability have made it a popular choice among builders, contractors, and engineers for a wide range of projects.
